Ses vignes s'\u00e9tendent sur trois terroirs historiques du Juran\u00e7on, \u00e0 Lahourcade et Cuqueron : Clos Cancailla\u00fc, Clos de la Vierge et Domaine Lahitte. Anne-Marie Barr\u00e8re dirige aujourd'hui le domaine avec le soutien de sa s\u0153ur Christiane.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Terroir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les raisins proviennent d'un coteau expos\u00e9 au sud, dispos\u00e9 en amphith\u00e9\u00e2tre dans le pi\u00e9mont pyr\u00e9n\u00e9en, sur un sol argilo-calcaire riche en galets. \u00c0 la douceur oc\u00e9anique de la p\u00e9riode v\u00e9g\u00e9tative succ\u00e8de un automne sec et chaud sous l'influence des vents du sud, permettant aux raisins de se concentrer par passerillage sur pied, sans botrytis.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Vinification<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Les tries manuelles s'\u00e9chelonnent d'octobre \u00e0 la mi-novembre. Une partie de la r\u00e9colte subit une mac\u00e9ration pelliculaire, suivie d'un pressurage lent et doux. La fermentation alcoolique se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e dans des cuves thermor\u00e9gul\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Robe dor\u00e9e et brillante. Le nez expressif et complexe d\u00e9voile l'ananas, la mangue, la truffe blanche et une pointe de vanille. La bouche est vive, \u00e9l\u00e9gante, fra\u00eeche et a\u00e9rienne, avec des saveurs exotiques et de fruits confits.
