Château Grand Baril- Gaïa 2015

Part of the Lycée Viticole de Libourne Montagne, blends tradition and innovation to produce quality wines while providing hands-on training for students. Gaïa de Grand Baril 2015 is a 100% Merlot AOC Montagne Saint-Émilion wine, aged 12 months in vats and barrels. It features deep red color, notes of wood and cherry, and a balanced, aromatic palate. The wine has a 6-year aging potential and pairs well with charcuterie, lamb skewers, and veal confit.

Les Creisses 2022

A complex red blend of 30% Syrah, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Grenache, 5% Carignan, 5% Mourvèdre, and a small amount of Marselan Alicante. Grown on clay-limestone and sandy-gravelly soils, the grapes undergo a 20-day fermentation and are aged 15-18 months. In 2022, a hot summer balanced by timely rainfall allowed for rich, smooth wines with expressive fruit. Short pruning and sustainable practices, including inter-row cover crops, support vineyard health and balance.

Lupé-Cholet Bourgogne Côte d’Or 2020

The vineyard, located west of the Côte de Nuits in Burgundy, has clay-rich limestone soils and produces 100% Pinot Noir wines using traditional Burgundian methods. The wine is aged for 9-12 months, half in oak casks for smoothness and half in vats to retain fruitiness. It has a deep garnet-red color, a nose of small black fruits with a hint of cherry brandy, and a structured, balanced palate. Ideal with red meats, game fowl, and soft cheeses, it can age for 3-5 years.

 

Lionel & Osmin La Baie Orientale 2023

A totally unique cuvée from the South-West: dry , surprising with its exotic and floral notes, made from grape varieties originally from eastern France. The plots chosen for the cuvée are all under oceanic influence and the terroir is Clay-limestone soils, which allows for slow maturation and perfect extraction of aromas. Blending of the different lots occurs at the end of alcoholic fermentation. No malolactic fermentation is used to preserve the wine’s freshness. The first bottling takes place at the beginning of spring. This charming dry white wine has a distinctive and intense nose, offering aromas of rose, lychee, and jasmine. On the palate, it surprises with its oceanic freshness.

 

Deux Roches Saint-Véran Tradition 2022

A selection of plots located in the heart of the Saint-Véran appellation, around Davayé, near Roches de Solutré and Vergisson. These chalky terroirs dating from the Jurassic are perfect for promoting the expression of Chardonnay. A rich and ripe Saint-Véran, full of liveliness. Its great character and its beautiful typicity are unanimous. This is the first wine produced at Deux Roches in 1983. Dressed in liquid gold, this cuvée gives off a floral scent reminiscent of honeysuckle and acacia flowers. Once in the mouth, the juice reveals itself to be both firm and fat, the attack is round, delicately structured and mineral. The lingering finish is carried by gentle citrussy bitters.

 

Balansa Coume de Maliès 2019

A biodynamic white wine produced in the IGP Vallée du Paradis, Languedoc. It is a blend of several varietals, including Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Carignan Blanc, Carignan Gris, Vermentino, and Terret. This wine is made from hand-harvested grapes, with spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks and neutral oak, without filtration or added sulfites. The result is a bright and fresh wine, offering aromas of white fruits, floral notes, and a pleasant minerality, with a crisp acidity and a long finish. The wine also shows flavors of mandarin, peach, and dried herbs, reflecting the wild character of its terroir​.
