Champagne Brut

Typical Champagne colour. In the first moment the nose is reminiscent of fresh pressed Chardonnay juice, displaying also hints of white blossoms, green apple peel, candied orange peel, fresh hazelnuts and sweet almonds. On the palate fragrant fruit, fine chalky minerality, excellent structured with hints of candied fruits and nuts in the aftertaste.

50% Chardonnay
50% Pinot Noir

Tasting Notes

An expressive nose of dried fruit, honey and almonds, produces flavours of apples & pears, candied fruits and brioche.
