VV26 Grand Cru Champagne : 

This Grand Gru is the result of a strict selection from our plots of old vineyards, some of them dating back to 1926. This bottle, closed with an“Agrafe”, is a return to authenticity and tradition of the “Grand Vin de Champagne”. The prolonged aging of 8 years offers on the palate silky and rounded textures, followed by toasted almonds, vanil la custard cream and subtle spices enhanced by a delicate mousse.

Saint Romain 2015 Lupé Cholet :

At the beginning, one can detect a slight smoky scent, followed by delicate floral notes.
It ends with aromas of ripe fruit and subtle floral notes.
It is a powerful wine with a very mineral texture on the palate.
It is a very interesting Chardonnay.

Frankstein Pinot Gris Grand Cru Vendanges Tardives 2017 :

An intense and complex nose, with notes of citrus, honey and ripe fruits such as quince, peach and mango. Ample, generous and well-balanced, the palate continues with an excellent hold in a very charming style. The aromas of ripe fruits embellish a surprisingly fresh finish.

Gevrey Chambertin 2017 Aegerter :

Pomegranate is a deep red color with a very aromatic and delicious aroma and a strong fruity flavor.
Liquorice and citrus fruits (such as blood orange and peach).
A slightly toasted, attractive aroma also emerges.
It shows a smooth, soft, harmonious and with some freshness and a strong, delicate tannic finish.

Saint-Émilion Château La Marzelle Grand Cru 2012 :

It has a perfume of matured dark berries aromas such as blackberry, black plum, and blackcurrant, followed by nutmeg, licorice, and a hint of wet forest/mushroom. The wine is rich and round in the mouth: you can perceive the berries’ flavors and the spices as on the nose. With its full body, this bottle presents polished tannins and a fresh finish

Le Songe de Catherine Château-Neuf-du-Pape 2016 :

Bright ruby color. A racy wine with aromas of red fruits enhanced by white pepper and spices. A full and precise mouth on raspberry, black cherry, and a touch of licorice. Beautiful energy on a long finish and fine tannins.
