Henri Plantin adquiri\u00f3 la finca de 2,5 hect\u00e1reas en 1923 y comenz\u00f3 a plantar la meseta de cantos rodados; hoy <strong>Ch\u00e2teau Mont-Redon<\/strong> permanece en manos de sus herederos familiares.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Terru\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u2018Le Plateau\u2019 procede de vi\u00f1as plantadas sobre los emblem\u00e1ticos cantos rodados de Ch\u00e2teauneuf-du-Pape, que acumulan calor durante el d\u00eda y lo liberan por la noche, ayudando a que las uvas alcancen plena madurez. Estos suelos pedregosos, junto con una excelente exposici\u00f3n solar y la influencia del Mistral, crean condiciones ideales de concentraci\u00f3n, complejidad y equilibrio para el Grenache Noir y la Syrah.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Notas de cata<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Color granate intenso con reflejos rub\u00ed. La nariz es rica y compleja, con aromas de cereza negra, mora, regaliz y hierbas de garriga, junto a notas de especias y cuero.
