Su Barbaresco DOCG refleja un enfoque cl\u00e1sico, procedente de vi\u00f1edos seleccionados en Treiso y San Rocco, y elaborado para expresar la finura y el equilibrio que definen al gran Nebbiolo.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Terru\u00f1o<\/h3>\n<p>Las uvas Nebbiolo provienen de vi\u00f1edos en laderas con suelos calc\u00e1reos arcillosos y margosos en los crus principales de Barbaresco. El microclima \u00fanico, junto con una cuidadosa gesti\u00f3n del vi\u00f1edo, promueve una maduraci\u00f3n lenta y uniforme, lo que permite una expresi\u00f3n arom\u00e1tica completa y un refinamiento estructural.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Vinificaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n<p>Las uvas se cosechan a mano y se fermentan a temperaturas controladas con una maceraci\u00f3n prolongada. El vino madura durante tres a\u00f1os, incluyendo 30 meses en barricas de roble franc\u00e9s (una mezcla de fudres y barricas peque\u00f1as), seguido de un envejecimiento adicional en botella. Este m\u00e9todo tradicional asegura complejidad, elegancia y longevidad.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Notas de cata<\/h3>\n<p>Un Barbaresco de estilo cl\u00e1sico, que muestra elegancia, finura y una estructura equilibrada.
