Sus vi\u00f1edos est\u00e1n plantados entre 350 y 500 metros de altitud, donde las influencias mediterr\u00e1nea y de monta\u00f1a dan forma a los vinos de la finca.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Terru\u00f1o<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Las cepas de Chardonnay empleadas en **Les Grands Penchants** se plantaron entre 1972 y 2000, a unos 400 metros de altitud, en laderas orientadas de sur a sureste frente a los Pirineos. El subsuelo arcillo-calc\u00e1reo est\u00e1 cubierto por suelos negros ricos en esquisto y grava. Las marcadas diferencias de temperatura entre el d\u00eda y la noche favorecen una maduraci\u00f3n lenta y prolongada.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Vinificaci\u00f3n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Las uvas se introducen suavemente en la prensa por gravedad y se prensan lentamente. El mosto se clarifica a baja temperatura. Las fermentaciones alcoh\u00f3lica y malol\u00e1ctica tienen lugar en dep\u00f3sitos de acero inoxidable, tinas de madera y barricas. Despu\u00e9s, el vino madura sobre l\u00edas finas hasta la primavera.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Notas de cata<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>De aspecto dorado y generoso, el vino ofrece aromas de polen y ciruela mirabel.
