Historia de la bodega<\/h3>\n

Contame es el proyecto vin\u00edcola del exentrenador de f\u00fatbol Nevio Scala, quien convirti\u00f3 su pasi\u00f3n por la tierra en una peque\u00f1a bodega artesanal en V\u00e9neto. Con profundo respeto por la naturaleza y la tradici\u00f3n, la familia Scala produce cantidades limitadas de vinos naturales que reflejan la autenticidad del terru\u00f1o local.<\/p>\n

Terru\u00f1o<\/h3>\n

Los vi\u00f1edos se encuentran en las Colinas Euganeas, donde los suelos volc\u00e1nicos y las brisas templadas favorecen una maduraci\u00f3n saludable y expresiones complejas. La combinaci\u00f3n de Merlot con la variedad aut\u00f3ctona Raboso aporta suavidad y una acidez vibrante.<\/p>\n

Notas de cata<\/h3>\n

Se ha utilizado la maceraci\u00f3n (contacto con la piel) en la elaboraci\u00f3n de este vino para extraer sabores adicionales de la piel. De color \u00e1mbar p\u00e1lido con un toque de matiz anaranjado. Los aromas son concentrados e intensos, con notas de naranja sanguina, tangelo, mandarina, pomelo, granada, hierbas (salvia, estrag\u00f3n, romero) y un toque de miel de longan y masa madre.<\/p>\n

En boca es seco y crujiente, con hierbas secadas al sol y un toque de suelo de bosque. El final muestra nueces mixtas sin tostar, rodaja de naranja seca confitada y flores secas.<\/p>\n
