Color granate profundo con matices viol\u00e1ceos. La nariz es expresiva y refinada, ofreciendo aromas de zarzamoras, ciruelas, violetas y especias dulces, con toques de cacao y regaliz. En boca, el vino es corpulento y bien estructurado, con taninos aterciopelados, rica fruta negra y un final largo y armonioso.<\/p>\n

Vinificaci\u00f3n y Crianza<\/h3>\n

Cosecha manual con estricta selecci\u00f3n de uvas. Fermentaci\u00f3n en cubas de acero inoxidable con control de temperatura, seguida de una crianza en barricas de roble franc\u00e9s (incluyendo una proporci\u00f3n de roble nuevo) durante 12 a 18 meses para potenciar la complejidad y redondez.<\/p>\n
