Domaine de Puech Redon, managed by Cyril Cuche in the Languedoc, is dedicated to organic farming and natural winemaking. With a philosophy centered on biodiversity and minimal intervention, the estate produces sincere and vibrant wines that reflect the spirit of their terroir.

Terroir

The vines grow on clay-limestone soils surrounded by Mediterranean garrigue, benefiting from sunny days and cool nights. This balance enhances aromatic expression and freshness, ideal for crafting delicate and lively sparkling wines.

Tasting Notes

Pale pink with fine, elegant bubbles. The nose is expressive, offering notes of wild strawberries, citrus zest, and white flowers. On the palate, it is light, crisp, and juicy, with a refreshing acidity and a dry, clean finish.
