Terroir\u202f<\/h3>\n

Les vignes sont plant\u00e9es sur des sols argilo-calcaires bien drain\u00e9s, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant du climat ensoleill\u00e9 et sec de la Castille-La Manche, avec une forte amplitude thermique entre le jour et la nuit. Cela permet une maturation compl\u00e8te des raisins tout en pr\u00e9servant leur fra\u00eecheur et leur intensit\u00e9 aromatique.<\/p>\n

Vinification<\/h3>\n

Les raisins sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 maturit\u00e9 optimale et vinifi\u00e9s dans des cuves en acier inoxydable \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature contr\u00f4l\u00e9e afin de pr\u00e9server le caract\u00e8re vari\u00e9tal. Une mac\u00e9ration et une extraction douces permettent d\u2019obtenir des tanins souples et une expression fruit\u00e9e \u00e9clatante. Le vin est ensuite \u00e9lev\u00e9 bri\u00e8vement en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane pour apporter profondeur et complexit\u00e9 tout en conservant son profil ax\u00e9 sur le fruit.<\/p>\n

D\u2019une robe rouge rubis profond aux reflets violac\u00e9s, le vin s\u2019ouvre sur des ar\u00f4mes m\u00fbrs de m\u00fbre, prune et cerise noire, relev\u00e9s de notes \u00e9pic\u00e9es de poivre, cacao et vanille. En bouche, il se montre souple et bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9, avec des tanins fondus, une acidit\u00e9 fra\u00eeche et une finale g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse ax\u00e9e sur le fruit.
