En collaboration avec des producteurs locaux, il r\u00e9unit des cuv\u00e9es qui refl\u00e8tent l\u2019essence de chaque terroir. Dans le D\u00e3o, l\u2019une des r\u00e9gions les plus anciennes et traditionnelles du Portugal, le projet met en avant l\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9gance, la fra\u00eecheur et la structure qui ont fait la renomm\u00e9e de ces vins.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Terroir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>La r\u00e9gion du D\u00e3o, souvent surnomm\u00e9e la \u00ab Bourgogne portugaise \u00bb, se situe au c\u0153ur du pays, prot\u00e9g\u00e9e par des montagnes qui la pr\u00e9servent des extr\u00eames maritimes et continentaux. Les vignobles, implant\u00e9s entre 400 et 700 m\u00e8tres d\u2019altitude sur des sols granitiques, produisent des vins d\u2019une grande finesse, \u00e0 l\u2019aromatique pure et dot\u00e9s d\u2019un remarquable potentiel de garde.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Robe rubis profond aux reflets violets. Le nez est expressif, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant des ar\u00f4mes de cerises rouges m\u00fbres, de baies sauvages et de violette, enrichis de touches d\u2019\u00e9pices et de ch\u00eane subtil.
