Les vignobles de Mairlant sont situ\u00e9s sur des pentes raides riches en granit au sein de l\u2019appellation Saint-Joseph. Ces sols bien drain\u00e9s limitent naturellement la vigueur des vignes et favorisent le d\u00e9veloppement de racines profondes, permettant aux plants de puiser l\u2019intensit\u00e9 min\u00e9rale du sous-sol.
