Il cultive plus de 28 hectares de vignes en propre, dont les 14 hectares du Clos Saint-Jacques pr\u00e8s des chais et les vignobles des Hospices Civils Louis Pasteur de Colmar.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Terroir<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Autour de Colmar et des villages voisins, le domaine s\u2019appuie sur une mosa\u00efque de sols et d\u2019expositions propres \u00e0 l\u2019Alsace. L\u2019abri des Vosges et le microclimat particuli\u00e8rement sec de Colmar favorisent la maturit\u00e9 tout en pr\u00e9servant la fra\u00eecheur, la finesse et le caract\u00e8re des vins de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3><strong>Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Robe jaune p\u00e2le aux reflets verts lumineux. Le nez raffin\u00e9 m\u00eale citron, citronnelle et pamplemousse \u00e0 la p\u00eache, la poire, les fruits compot\u00e9s et de d\u00e9licates notes de fleurs blanches.
