Leur Barbaresco DOCG refl\u00e8te une approche classique, issu de vignobles s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s \u00e0 Treiso et San Rocco, et \u00e9labor\u00e9 pour exprimer la finesse et l'\u00e9quilibre qui d\u00e9finissent le grand Nebbiolo.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Terroir\u202f<\/h3>\n<p>Les raisins Nebbiolo proviennent de vignobles en coteaux aux sols argilo-calcaires et marneux des crus de premier cru de Barbaresco. Le microclimat unique, associ\u00e9 \u00e0 une gestion soign\u00e9e des vignobles, favorise une maturation lente et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, permettant une expression aromatique pleine et un raffinement structurel.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Vinification<\/h3>\n<p>Les raisins sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et ferment\u00e9s \u00e0 temp\u00e9ratures contr\u00f4l\u00e9es avec mac\u00e9ration prolong\u00e9e. Le vin vieillit pendant trois ans, comprenant 30 mois en f\u00fbts de ch\u00eane fran\u00e7ais (un m\u00e9lange de foudres et de barriques), suivis d'un vieillissement suppl\u00e9mentaire en bouteille. Des notes sous-jacentes de noisettes grill\u00e9es et de th\u00e9 vert ajoutent de la profondeur au profil aromatique. En bouche, il est mi-cors\u00e9 avec des tanins parfaitement m\u00fbrs et une finale balsamique et nuanc\u00e9e.
