Contame est le projet viticole de l\u2019ancien entra\u00eeneur de football Nevio Scala, qui a transform\u00e9 sa passion pour la terre en un petit domaine artisanal situ\u00e9 en V\u00e9n\u00e9tie. Dans un profond respect de la nature et des traditions, la famille Scala produit en quantit\u00e9s limit\u00e9es des vins naturels refl\u00e9tant l\u2019authenticit\u00e9 du terroir local.<\/p>\n

Terroir\u202f<\/h3>\n

Les vignes sont situ\u00e9es dans les Collines Eugan\u00e9ennes, o\u00f9 les sols volcaniques et les brises temp\u00e9r\u00e9es favorisent une maturation saine et des expressions complexes. L\u2019assemblage du Merlot et du c\u00e9page autochtone Raboso apporte \u00e0 la fois de la souplesse et une acidit\u00e9 vive.<\/p>\n

Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/h3>\n

Une mac\u00e9ration (contact avec la peau) a \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9e dans la production de ce vin afin d\u2019extraire davantage de saveurs de la peau. Il pr\u00e9sente une couleur ambre p\u00e2le avec une l\u00e9g\u00e8re nuance orang\u00e9e. Le bouquet est concentr\u00e9 et puissant, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant des ar\u00f4mes d\u2019orange sanguine, de tangelo, de mandarine, de pamplemousse, de grenade, d\u2019herbes (sauge, estragon, romarin), ainsi qu\u2019une touche de miel de longane et de pain au levain.<\/p>\n

En bouche, il est sec et croquant, avec des herbes s\u00e9ch\u00e9es au soleil et une l\u00e9g\u00e8re note de sous-bois. La finale \u00e9voque des noix m\u00e9lang\u00e9es non grill\u00e9es, une tranche d\u2019orange confite s\u00e9ch\u00e9e, et des fleurs s\u00e9ch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n
