Le Late Bottled Vintage (LBV) est un type de vin de Porto qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 longuement \u00e9lev\u00e9 en f\u00fbt (entre 4 et 6 ans) avant la mise en bouteille, et il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un excellent rapport qualit\u00e9-prix. Le vin pr\u00e9sente une robe rubis profond aux reflets pourpres. Les ar\u00f4mes sont concentr\u00e9s et denses, \u00e9voquant les fruits cuits, la m\u00fbre, le cassis, la prune noire, un m\u00e9lange d'\u00e9pices (cannelle, clou de girofle), la r\u00e9glisse, le cacao, le moka, la violette, le th\u00e9 noir, le caramel, le toffee et le pain grill\u00e9. Cors\u00e9, dot\u00e9 d'une structure ferme et de tanins accrocheurs, l'acidit\u00e9 et la sucrosit\u00e9 sont bien \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es avec des saveurs d'\u00e9pices m\u00e9lang\u00e9es, de pain grill\u00e9, de fum\u00e9e de bois et de caramel.
