Inspir\u00e9 par la philosophie du vin nature et l\u2019agriculture biodynamique, le domaine redonne vie \u00e0 de petites parcelles de vignes abandonn\u00e9es situ\u00e9es \u00e0 Gambellara et dans les Collines Berici. Les vins sont \u00e9labor\u00e9s avec un minimum d\u2019intervention, mettant l\u2019accent sur la puret\u00e9, la simplicit\u00e9 et la buvabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Terroir\u202f<\/h3>\n<p>Les vignes sont situ\u00e9es entre les sols volcaniques de Gambellara et les collines calcaires des Collines Berici, offrant un \u00e9quilibre entre min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 et fra\u00eecheur. Les pratiques biodynamiques et le respect de la biodiversit\u00e9 renforcent la vitalit\u00e9 des vignes et des fruits, donnant naissance \u00e0 des vins profond\u00e9ment enracin\u00e9s dans leur terroir.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Vinification<\/h3>\n<p>Les raisins sont r\u00e9colt\u00e9s \u00e0 la main et ferment\u00e9s spontan\u00e9ment avec des levures indig\u00e8nes. La vinification se fait en cuves inox, sans collage ni filtration, avec un ajout minimal de soufre \u00e0 la mise en bouteille. Cette approche peu interventionniste permet au vin d\u2019exprimer pleinement son caract\u00e8re aromatique et sa fra\u00eecheur naturelle.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wine-section\">\n<h3>Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/h3>\n<p>Robe jaune paille p\u00e2le aux reflets brillants. Le nez est frais et aromatique, avec des notes de fleurs blanches, de pomme verte, d\u2019agrumes et une touche v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. En bouche, le vin est l\u00e9ger, vif et juteux, avec une acidit\u00e9 croquante, une texture douce et une finale fruit\u00e9e et dynamique.
