Histoire du domaine\u202f<\/h3>\n

Marcobarba est un projet de vin nature men\u00e9 par Marco Barba et ses amis, passionn\u00e9s par la biodynamie et la vinification \u00e0 faible intervention. Bas\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gion de V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, leur objectif est de cr\u00e9er des vins honn\u00eates et vibrants, refl\u00e9tant la puret\u00e9 de la terre et la joie du partage.<\/p>\n

Terroir\u202f<\/h3>\n

Les raisins proviennent de vignobles cultiv\u00e9s en biodynamie dans la r\u00e9gion de V\u00e9n\u00e9tie, enracin\u00e9s dans des sols argilo-calcaires. Le climat m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, adouci par les brises des coteaux, favorise la fra\u00eecheur aromatique et donne des fruits sains et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s, parfaits pour l\u2019\u00e9laboration de vins effervescents naturels.<\/p>\n

Notes de d\u00e9gustation<\/h3>\n

Robe jaune p\u00e2le l\u00e9g\u00e8rement trouble, bulles fines et persistantes. Le nez est frais et aromatique, avec des ar\u00f4mes de poire, pomme verte, zeste de citron, p\u00eache blanche et fleur de sureau. En bouche, le vin est vif et croquant, avec un fruit juteux, une effervescence d\u00e9licate et une finale s\u00e8che et rafra\u00eechissante.<\/p>\n

Un P\u00e9t-Nat joyeux et naturellement vinifi\u00e9 \u2014 fruit\u00e9, \u00e9clatant et plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie, parfait pour les moments insouciants et les plaisirs simples.<\/p>\n

Les raisins proviennent exclusivement de vignes cultiv\u00e9es en biodynamie avec des interventions minimales. \u00ab Barbabolla \u00bb est un vin blanc p\u00e9tillant ferm\u00e9 par une capsule couronne. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 ferment\u00e9 avec des levures indig\u00e8nes, non filtr\u00e9 et sans ajout de dioxyde de soufre. La seconde fermentation se fait en bouteille \u00e0 partir du jus de raisins passerill\u00e9s. Le vin pr\u00e9sente quelques s\u00e9diments dus \u00e0 l'absence de d\u00e9gorgement. Robe jaune paille p\u00e2le avec une nuance verte sur le bord. Le nez est \u00e9nergique et vibrant, avec des fruits verts, pomme verte, poire verte, des agrumes frais tels que citron vert, lime, zeste de citron, yuzu, mandarine, des herbes fra\u00eeches et une pointe de min\u00e9ralit\u00e9 de pierre mouill\u00e9e. Vif et croquant en bouche, tr\u00e8s ax\u00e9 sur les fruits avec des notes d'orange, zeste d'orange, zeste de citron vert, citron et zeste de citron s\u00e9ch\u00e9 au soleil.
