Contame \u00e8 il progetto vinicolo dell\u2019ex allenatore di calcio Nevio Scala, che ha trasformato la sua passione per la terra in una piccola azienda artigianale nel Veneto. Con profondo rispetto per la natura e la tradizione, la famiglia Scala produce vini naturali in quantit\u00e0 limitata, espressione autentica del terroir locale.<\/p>\n

Terroir<\/strong><\/h3>\n

I vigneti si trovano nei Colli Euganei, dove i suoli vulcanici e le brezze temperate favoriscono una maturazione sana e un\u2019espressione aromatica complessa. L\u2019unione del Merlot con il vitigno autoctono Raboso offre morbidezza e un\u2019acidit\u00e0 vivace.<\/p>\n

Note di degustazione<\/strong><\/h3>\n

La macerazione (contatto con le bucce) \u00e8 stata impiegata nella produzione di questo vino per estrarre sapori extra dalla buccia. Colore ambra pallido con una leggera sfumatura aranciata. Il bouquet \u00e8 concentrato e intenso, con aromi di arancia rossa, tangelo, mandarino, pompelmo, melograno, erbe (salvia, dragoncello, rosmarino) e un tocco di miele di longan e pane a lievitazione naturale.<\/p>\n

Al palato \u00e8 secco e croccante, con erbe essiccate al sole e un accenno di sottobosco. Il finale richiama frutta secca mista non tostata, fetta di arancia candita essiccata e fiori secchi.<\/p>\n
