The **Minervois La Livinière** cuvée comes from the heart of Minervois, the first cru of Languedoc, known for producing wines of remarkable depth and elegance.

The vineyards of **La Livinière**, nestled between the Montagne Noire and the Mediterranean, benefit from limestone-rich soils and significant temperature variations between day and night. These conditions favor slow grape ripening, enhancing aromatic complexity, concentration, and balance in the blend of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre.

Deep garnet color with purple highlights. The nose is intense and expressive, revealing aromas of blackberries, ripe plums, sweet spices, licorice, and a touch of garrigue.
