Domaine History
Produced as Vin de France, this cuvée reflects a natural and artisanal approach, highlighting indigenous grape varieties and minimal intervention. The focus is on pure expression of terroir and respect for traditional winemaking methods.
Terroir
The vines are planted on schist soils, which contribute to the wine’s minerality and aromatic complexity. The warm Mediterranean climate combined with these poor, rocky soils ensures freshness and balance.
Tasting Notes
Pale yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is intense and floral, with notes of citrus peel, white fruits, and herbal touches. On the palate, the wine is textured and vibrant, offering freshness, a slight tannic grip from the skin contact, and a long, mineral finish.
A skin-contact white wine with depth, freshness, and beautiful balance — ideal for natural wine lovers.
Vinification & Aging
Whole cluster maceration for 8 days followed by 6 months of aging in amphora (jarre), allowing the wine to develop texture and purity without oak influence.
Pairing
Perfect with grilled vegetables, Mediterranean tapas, soft cheeses, or seafood risotto.
