Sweet Cantonese mooncakes with fillings such as bean and lotus seed paste can be paired with this Chardonnay with oak barrels. The creamy aroma from the barrels, along with the delicious fruit acidity, is a perfect match.

You can feel the fresh citrus fruit aromas and melon notes. The palate is dry, crisp, and very refreshing: in addition to the lemon and orange flavors, the Mediterranean sea breeze brings a beautiful touch of minerality to the end of this wine. Ideal with grilled oysters and vegetables.

This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Raposo has aromas of dark berries, followed by herbal notes and violet flowers.  It has blackberry fruit on the nose, such as plums and cassis, with hints of mint, licorice, and a touch of animal leather. The wine is round and elegant, with fine tannins and delicious acidity, and a slightly mineral finish that is rich and long-lasting. Ideal with grilled lamb chops and beef.

 25% Cabernet-Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 4% Carignan, 8% Marselan alicante and 8% Mourvèdre. It has aromas of ripe black fruits and hints of mint and cocoa. On the palate, it is full-bodied and complex, with round, fresh tannins and a long, sweet aftertaste. It is suitable for red meat dishes such as grilled steak.

This 50% Grenache, 30% Syrah, 20% Mourvèdre blend has intense aromas of red fruits, black cherries, blueberries, raspberries, violets and wood spices. It has a round, silky, harmonious taste. Ideal with spicy roasted chicken and duck.

🇫🇷🍖Vin de France Pierre Dupond 2019

This refined and elegant Pinot Noir offers the aromas of ripe red berries such as raspberries, strawberries, and red cherries. This is followed by herbal notes (mint and cardamom) and notes of cultivated soil and mushrooms. Round and full in the mouth, it has a medium-bodied structure with smooth tannins and relatively high acidity to add freshness. Ideal with charcoal-grilled pork chops and chicken dishes.
