“The nose is aromatic and offers generosity, a certain freshness, a fine grain as well as a slight sensation of creaminess. It reveals notes of creamy blackberry, fleshy strawberry and small notes of fresh / juicy blueberry associated with touches of zan, cherry, sweet spices, cherry blossoms as well as a discreet hint of racy minerality and of cardamom. The palate is fruity and offers minerality, tension, a certain straightness, energy, roundness, fullness, a certain generosity as well as a small mineral frame. On the palate this wine expresses notes of juicy / pulpy cassis, pulpy / juicy raspberry and small notes of fresh blueberry associated with a touch of fresh / crushed small fruits, cornflowers, lilac as well as hints of cardamom, chocolate and hazelnut. Good length. Presence of a fine chew on the finish / persistence (brings gourmandize).”
