AOP Picpoul de Pinet, “Le Minéral” 2020 Domaine Serodes & Kovac


Near the Mediterranean, dominating the Thau basin and its oyster farms, the Piquepoul grape variety is cultivated on a terroir made of limestone gravel. Harvested at the perfect time by mid of August, the juice fermented under temperature monitored in a stainless steel vat. Once finished, the wine is aged 6 months on fine lees until bottling at the estate. The result is a crispy wine with fruitiness and lemon zest of mineral vivacity.
