An unorthodox yet interesting blend with Gamay and Syrah. Gamy is sourced mainly from Beaujolais while Syrah is mostly originated from south of France. Medium purple in colour. Vibrant and expressive on the nose with fresh bramble, black cherry, mulberry, sweet herbs (thyme & rosemary), sweet spices (clove & nutmeg) and a touch of vanilla bean. Juicy and luscious on the palate with appealing fresh red and black fruits, vanilla and a hint of toast and sweet oak character. Sun-dried herbs and black cherry on the finish.
