This wine uses a traditional Portuguese approach called “filed blend”, where grape varieties and their proportion in wine is being decided by the vineyard. This wine is pale gold in colour with a hint of grass-green hue. Nose is generous and round and is abundant in stone fruits such as apricot, peach, nectarine, as well as tangerine, mandarin, pineapple, bosc pear and a hint of honey and orange blossom. Palate is fresh and luscious with plenty of stone fruits, white cherry and a touch of unroasted mix-nuts. Finished with fresh quince and trace of savouriness.
