We hardly find 100% Marsanne wine in the Taiwan market, this wine is a great way to introduce your palate to the pure taste of this underestimated grape variety. The color is yellow, bright and intense. It has a beautiful Bouquet of exotic fruits (mango, pineapple) and cooked stone fruits (peach, apricot), with a hint of flowers on the nose. The wine on the palate is broad, rich and round, with a well-developed texture (cooked stone fruits, orange marmalade). Alcohol level is high but well balanced with a pronounced acidity. I suggest decanting this wine 1 hour before tasting to help the wine develop.
