«It is a tank-fermented blend of 65% Grenache Blanc, 20% Grenache Gris and 15% Vermentino. A small portion finishes its fermentation and spends several months in oak. Scents of lime, tangerine and pineapple emerge from the glass, while in the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied, plump and lively. There’s a slightly custardy feel, culminating in a silky-textured finish. Drink it young for its vibrant fruit.”
