Manual harvesting into small crates, hand-sorting, traditional vinification with punching down of the cap in 5hl wooden barrels. After 45 to 60 days of fermentation and vatting time, the free-run wine is transferred directly into 225 and 500 liter French-oak barrels for aging near two years and before its bottling.

Why I like this wine
The 2019 Côtes du Roussillon Blanc is a tank-fermented blend of 65% Grenache Blanc,20% Grenache Gris and 15% Vermentino. A small portion finishes its fermentation and spends several months in oak. Scents of line, tangerine, and pineapple emerge from the glass, while in the mouth, the wine is medium-bodied, plum, and lively. There’s a slightly custardy feel, culminating in a silky-textured finish. Drink it young for its vibrant fruit.
