Manual harvesting into small crates, hand-sorting, traditional vinification with punching down of the cap in 5hl wooden barrels. After 45 to 60 days of fermentation and vatting time, the free-run wine is transferred directly into 225 and 500 liter French-oak barrels for aging near two years and before its bottling.

Why I like this wine
Perfumed, floral and fruity, the 2017 Côtes du Roussillon Villages starts from a very good place.
It’s medium to full-bodied on the palate, with silky tannins supporting the raspberries and cherry fruit, while gentle herbal notes bring complexity and savoriness to the finish.
