Straw in colour with a light golden hue. Aromas is vibrant and elegant with lovely fresh stone fruit characters (apricot and nectarine in particular), white peach, green peer, yellow apple, fresh mix herbs, cut grass and a hint of untoasted almond and white flowers. Clean and uplifted on the palate with crispy texture and characters of green apple, yellow fruits and a slight touch of unroasted cashew. Quince, lemon, fresh citrus fruits and a drizzle of sweet herbs on the finish. This is an approachable bottle of Burgundy white wine that is easy to drink, yet with complexity and adorable floral notes.
