Domaine des Rochelles is a winery with a long history in the Loire area. It is run by the Lebreton family and is now succeeded by the fifth generation of Jean Hubert and operated by organic farming. This wine is a masterpiece of the winery, using 100% noble rot grapes that are hand-picked and pass 4 selection processes. The wine has a clear, straw-colored robe. Complex bouquet of apricot, quince preserves, and ripe guava. Smooth, flowery, hint of citrus, tobacco, and sweet spices. This wine has a beautiful harmony with its full body and its structure. Velvety, vigorous, and long in the mouth. A fine example of its terroir with excellent aging potential.
