Douhairet Porcheret Monthélie Miss Armande vieilles vignes 2019
Few words about this wine
100% hand-picked, this traditional method allows the grapes to maintain their integrity. The grapes are all harvested at optimum ripeness during the coolest season of the day. The process was rapid to protect the grapes from natural oxidation as much as possible. They are then carefully sorted and aged in traditional Burgundy barrels for an average of 12 months. The percentage of new barrels used varies according to the vintage and region of production, but does not exceed 30%.

Why I like this wine
The two vineyards of Monthélie and Meursault are very similar and the wine itself shines with a beautiful golden hue. Its sweet vanilla aromas are complemented by aromas of white flowers, hawthorn, delicate apples and fresh hazelnuts. On the palate, its wonderful acidity is the most characteristic feature of this wine.
