This wine shows purple with a ruby hue. In the first 10-20 minutes of the aeration process, the wine presents itself with reduction notes. During the oxidation, the wine will be revealing a scent of well-matured red and dark fruits aromas like black cherry, blackberry and plum. The wine is pleasant in the mouth with its intense berried flavour. The wine is medium-bodied with lively acidity and pronounced tannin. I suggest cooling the wine for 20 minutes before drinking at a temperature between 13°-15°, the perfect range of temperature for enjoying the appealing fruitiness of the wine.
