Few words about this wine
Harvesting: Harvesting is done by hand.
Winemaking and aging: The harvested grapes were pressed in a low-pressure pneumatic press and lightly racked for 12 hours using the Bourbes method of winemaking, which means that they must be allowed to settle naturally to eliminate the need for filtration. The wine was then placed in new 400-liter oak barrels for alcohol and lactic acid fermentation. The wine was then placed in new 400-liter oak barrels for alcohol and lactic acid fermentation. Why I like this wine
This wine is characterized by a golden yellow color (quince juice). On the nose, aromas of ripe and stewed fruits. The mouth offers a crunchy fruitiness with beautiful dense and delicate hold. Acidulous and precise in its flavors. It delivers notes of Scotch broom and citrus.
