As this wine is very close to AOP Pouilly-Fuissé parcel (that recently upgraded to 1er Cru level) it has a similar soil composition (limestone-clay): it’s less concentrated but it has a higher fruitiness and is very easy to enjoy. From the nose you can easily catch the aromas of lemon peel and grapefruit zest, tropical fruits like pineapple and passionfruit, still dominated by fruit scent. While you taste the wine you can feel a concentration of tropical fruits flavors with good acidity and medium, round body; the finishing taste shows a hint of salinity.
