Brilliant, medium to deep ruby in colour. Aromas is subtle and very complex with red cherry, red currant, black cherry, sweet blueberry, black currant, mulberry, plum, cinnamon, licorice, wood toast, wood smoke, red flower, caramel and a touch of tobacco leaf & mint leaf. Palate is superbly elegant with silky tannin, lean structure and adorable notes of violets, forest floor, wet leaf, sun-dried sweet herbs and red cherry. Finish is lingering with dried blueberry, sweet berries, strawberry compote, cinnamon, red flowers and a trace of forest floor.
