Fermentation: In barrels, at low temperature with indigenous yeasts, stirring once a week for 6 months.
Aging: 11 months on lees without racking in barrels (10% new barrels) and tuns.

Richness and aromatic presence are the assets of this beautiful vintage of Villard.
François Villard’s white Saint Joseph Fruit d’Avilleran offers honeyed and exotic fruit notes on the nose. On the palate, the texture is velvety, the grain is fine and the citrus fruits complete the whole. The finish is long and fresh.
