Vinification & Aging: Fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Malolactic in tanks and in barrels. Ageing in French oak 400L barrels and in Bordeaux French and American oak barrels (95% French oak, 5% American oak, 50% new oak).

You can perceive aromas such as pineapple, passionfruit, and grapefruit. Round and pleasant in the mouth, the wine is dominated by tropical fruit flavors followed by a fresh acidity, making it easy to enjoy.
