Aging in barrels for 24 months before blending, with extra two months of the marriage of the 3 grape varieties before bottling. Deep purple in color with a ruby rim. Aromas are concentrated and robust with black cherry, fresh plum, mix spices (black pepper, clove), licorice, cured meat, leather, wood smoke, and roasted coffee bean. Full and generous on the palate with firm structure and tannin, curd meat-like savouriness, and notes of mixed spices. Lingering finish with dried plum, dried herbs, and salami.
