A biodynamic white wine produced in the IGP Vallée du Paradis, Languedoc. It is a blend of several varietals, including Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Carignan Blanc, Carignan Gris, Vermentino, and Terret. This wine is made from hand-harvested grapes, with spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks and neutral oak, without filtration or added sulfites. The result is a bright and fresh wine, offering aromas of white fruits, floral notes, and a pleasant minerality, with a crisp acidity and a long finish. The wine also shows flavors of mandarin, peach, and dried herbs, reflecting the wild character of its terroir.
