This is a classic Volnay 1er Cru, showcasing the appellation’s refined elegance and rich complexity, with excellent aging potential.
On the nose, it exudes fragrant red fruit aromas such as cherry, raspberry, and red currant, followed by delicate notes of rose and violet. Subtle hints of fine spices, gentle oak, and damp forest earth add further depth.
The palate is silky and refined, with soft tannins and a well-balanced structure that enhances its elegance. Ripe red fruit flavors intertwine with nuances of vanilla and cocoa, while the bright, well-integrated acidity brings freshness and vibrancy.

This wine from the Rhône Valley exhibits a deep ruby-red color with violet reflections along the rim. On the nose, it reveals aromas of dark fruits such as blackberry and black cherry, followed by notes of spices (such as black pepper), licorice, and subtle hints of violet.
The palate is rich and smooth, with fine tannins and a well-structured body. The mid-palate showcases ripe fruit flavors, complemented by a touch of chocolate and vanilla. The finish is long and lingers with delicate mineral undertones.

This wine uses a traditional Portuguese approach called “filed blend”, where grape varieties and their proportion in wine is being decided by the vineyard. This red wine has been aged for 12 months in new French oak barrel. Deep ruby in colour with a garnet rim. Complex and subtle aromas with fresh red cherry, mulberry, plum, mix herbs (thyme, sage), cinnamon, cocoa, coffee bean, black chocolate, wood smoke and a hint of vanilla bean. Palate is dense and elegant with generous mouthfeel, luscious tannin and sweet herb characters. Appealing black olive savouriness, caramel and sweet oak on the finish.

This wine has been aged in an Italian jar in order to present wine in its perfect originality, with our over-makeup by barrel. Once the wine has been poured, you will sense a strong and pleasant floral perfume: rose, jasmine and citrus. The wine is delicate in the mouth, the acidity is well balanse, and the end rhyme has a characteristic salty taste. You will have an extraordinary tasting experience.

This wine is crafted by Stephan von Neipperg (proprietor of the famous Saint Emilion Premier Grand Cru Classé – Chateau Cannon la Gaffelière). Medium gold in colour. Juicy and floral on the nose with sweet tropical fruits (pineapple, wax apple, passion fruit, guava), Nashi pear, sweet stone fruits (peach, nectarine), grapefruit, sweet herbs, loads of white flowers and a hint of grass and honey.
Mouthwatering with delicate, citrus fruit like acidity. Quince, yellow apple, green pear, mandarin and white flowers on the finish. An excellent example of a well-aged AOC Bordeaux white wine made with Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon, and is currently showing slightly more Semillon characters than its counterpart.

This wine uses a traditional Portuguese approach called “filed blend”, where grape varieties and their proportion in wine is being decided by the vineyard. This wine is pale gold in colour with a hint of grass-green hue. Nose is generous and round and is abundant in stone fruits such as apricot, peach, nectarine, as well as tangerine, mandarin, pineapple, bosc pear and a hint of honey and orange blossom.
Palate is fresh and luscious with plenty of stone fruits, white cherry and a touch of unroasted mix-nuts. Finished with fresh quince and trace of savouriness.

Les larmes du levant is the first french established Sakagura which is entirely dedicated to brewing Sake.All of our raw materials , rice, kôji, yeasts are coming from Japan, from producers with whom we’ve bonded and built trust. We only produce Junmai Sakes : pure sakes containing exclusively rice,water, yeasts and nothing else.

Brewed with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 50%, Le Vent presents aromas of peach, jujube, and almond. Upon entry, this sake offers a light, humble, and smooth character. It is followed by distinct white fruit flavors, with a fresh and lingering finish that evokes the fragrance of peach, cherry, and elderflower.

Brewed with Tamasakae rice polished to 70%, La Vague is perfect for pairing with meals. Its flavor carries the natural essence of autumn, offering a unique taste different from modern sakes.
Upon entry, its strong acidity and full body come together in balance. Despite a mix of bittersweet and spicy flavors, the aroma exudes an elegant note of shiitake mushrooms and citrus peel preserved in syrup. The finish is long-lasting, with a slight saltiness, making it an excellent match for meats, cured foods, and typical French dishes.

This blended French classic summer fruit dessert sake, with flavors of apricot, follows the same production process as the other sakes in this series. It undergoes a three-month fruit infusion phase and is sweetened with cane sugar. The result is a sweeter, fruitier flavor that makes it particularly easy to drink.
This sake can be enjoyed both hot or cold. When served hot, it works well as an aperitif, while when served cold, it makes for a delightful dessert drink.
