Minervois La Livinière Aubert & Mathieu 2017

AOP Limoux is a wine appellation from the southeast of Languedoc region, the actual birth place of sparkling wine in France (with the local grape variety call “mauzac”).

The mauzac grape drives a very aromatic note of green apple and pear balancing the chardonnay with its citrus and white flower character. The wine is bright, clear with light gold color. The perception in the mouth is round and rich with an elegant structure and acidity. The finishing taste has a hint of salinity.
