酒款介紹 About the Cuvée 

深淺適中的寶石紅色周圍勾勒著細細的一圈深紫色。濃郁帶“野性”的香氣中帶有桑椹、蔓越梅、野莓、藍莓、風乾香草料(鼠尾草、龍蒿、迷迭香)、黑胡椒、丁香、乾草、木質煙燻、皮革、醃肉般的鹹鮮感、紫羅蘭及森林地。口感緊實集中、單寧豐盈,風味多有黑色漿果、煙燻木質、乾燥香草料、皮革、吐司和焦糖。尾韻散發著紅色花朵(尤其是紫羅蘭)、甜美的紅色漿果和新鮮的薰衣草。

The wine is medium ruby in colour with a glaze of purple rim. Dense and “wild” on the nose with mulberry, cranberry, wild berry, blue berry, semi-dried herbs (sage, tarragon, rosemary), black pepper, cloves, licorice, wood smoke, leather, curd meat-like savouriness, violet and a forest floor-like earthiness. Concentrated and firm on the palate with grippy tannin and characters of black fruits, wood smoke, dry herbs, leather, toast and caramel. Plenty of red flowers (violet in particular), sweet red fruits and fresh rosemary on the finish.

稠密深邃的紅寶石色。香氣緊緻優雅並散發著濃郁的紅櫻桃、黑櫻桃、紅色漿果(尤其是覆盆子、蔓越莓)、黑色漿果(桑椹)、甜辛香料、肉桂、肉豆蔻、香草莢、木質煙燻、烘烤木質、紅色系花朵及些許杉木。酒體飽滿、口感滑順豐盈且帶有迷人的甜櫻桃、醋栗、藍莓與肉桂等風味,單寧細膩絲滑。頗為雅緻的餘韻中流露出紫羅蘭花、草莓鮮奶油、糖漬櫻桃和一抹木質煙燻。

 

Dense, deep ruby in colour. Nose is focus and gentle with a good concentration of red cherry, black cherry, red fruits (raspberry and cranberry in particular), black fruits (mulberry), sweet blueberry, sweet spices, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla bean, wood smoke, wood toast, red flowers and a hint of cedar. Full-bodied, mouthfeel is round and luscious with lovely notes of sweet cherry, cassis, blueberry and cinnamon. Silky tannin. Finish is extremely elegant with violet, straw berry cream, cherry compote and hint of wood smoke.

透亮深紫的酒液邊緣泛著一圈寶石紅色澤。撲鼻的氣味帶有草莓、櫻桃和藍莓,並充滿紫羅蘭、甘草和白胡椒的香氣。酒體豐滿口感多汁。作為一款婚宴慶典的佳釀非常理想,與美酒相伴的美妙時刻使生活更加精彩。

 

 The wine is pale purple in colour with a touch of ruby rim. Indulgent nose with Gariguette strawberry, cherry and blueberry suffused with fragrances of violet, liquorice and white pepper. Full-bodied and juicy in the mouth. It would be the ideal red wine to celebrate a wedding as all these magic moments that makes life beautiful.

色澤呈現深寶石紅。馥郁飽滿的香氣中散發著新鮮櫻桃、羅勒、紫羅蘭花、烘烤木質及些許菸葉和咖啡豆。口感豐厚圓潤、酒質優雅明亮且穠纖合度,活潑的尾韻帶有些許大地壤土與如橡木般的香甜感。

 

The wine is deep ruby in colour. Nose is fragrant with fresh cherry, basil, violet, charred wood and a hint of tobacco leaf and coffee bean. Generous mouthfeel, elegant and bright with subtle concentration and finishes with a touch of earthiness and sweet oak.

風車磨坊(Mouline À Vent)堪稱是薄酒萊最著名的村莊,酒款風格扎實集中、多單寧。酒色呈現柔和適中的紫色。芬芳新鮮的香氣中帶有豐富的綜合紅色漿果(樹莓、草莓、蔓越梅、紅櫻桃、石柳)、新鮮香草料(尤其是迷迭香)、香草莢與馥郁的花朵(薰衣草)。口感優雅柔順、單寧細膩絲滑、風味中透有些許鹹鮮感及木質風格。尾韻散發著蔓越梅、香草莢與薰衣草。

創立於16世紀,Château de la Terrière是薄酒萊產區最老的酒莊之一。這款葡萄酒在釀製過程當中沒有添加任何硫化物。顏色呈現柔和適中的紫色色澤。香氣深沈內斂並多有黑色漿果(黑莓&木莓)、番茄葉、橄欖、甘草、丁香與少許深色花朵、可可、煙燻木質調性。風味富含如風乾火腿和臘腸般的鹹鮮感,酒質結構扎實。餘韻溢漫著綜合辛香料(甘草、荳蔻、丁香)和似菌菇樣的大地壤土感。

Established in the 16th century, Château de la Terrière is one of the oldest estate in Beaujolais region. This particular wine has been made without addition of sulphites. Medium purple in colour with ruby rim. Aromas is subtle and dense (for a Beaujolais Cru) with black fruits (blackberry & mulberry), tomato leaf, olives, licorice and cloves, as well as a hint of floral note, cocoa and wood smoke. Well-structured on the palate with savory characters such as salami and curd meat. More mix spices (licorice, nutmeg and cloves) accompanied with fresh mushroom-like earthiness on the finish.

 

色澤呈現剔透的淡麥稈色。芬芳且帶甜感的香氣中富含水蜜桃、杏桃、褐皮西洋梨、甜橘、檸檬、新鮮瓜果、金銀花、菊花及些許新鮮香草料。新鮮奔放的風格中帶有圓滑的口感,風味多有帶核水果(尤其是杏桃、油桃)、洋梨和一點小白花。餘韻滿有花香並帶少許薄荷葉、黃蘋果、青草。

 

Bright straw in colour. Nose is fragrant and sweet-scented with peach, apricot, bosc pear, sweet orange, Meyer lemon, fresh melon, honeysuckle, orange blossom and hint of fresh herbs. Vibrant and fresh on the palate, mouthfeel is round with rich stone fruits characters (apricot, nectarine in particular), pear and a hint of white flowers. Full of fresh floral notes on the finish with mints, yellow apple and a touch of green grass.

麥稈及淡金黃色澤中閃爍著一抹青綠色。香氣清新活潑並滿有青蘋果、綠皮西洋梨、萊姆、檸檬皮、橙子,另外伴隨著新鮮香草料、綜合新鮮(未烘烤過的)堅果(尤其是腰果)及些許新鮮綠香瓜。口感爽脆細緻,風味帶有水蜜桃、萊姆、新鮮帶核水果、新鮮地中海綜合香草料和柔和迷人的鹹鮮感。尾韻散發著柑橘水果、墨西哥青檸檬、新鮮羅勒、柚子與柚子皮。

麥稈及但金黃色澤中閃爍著一抹青綠色。香氣清新活潑並滿有青蘋果、綠皮西洋梨、萊姆、檸檬皮、橙子,另伴隨著新鮮香草料、綜合新鮮(未烘烤過的)堅果(尤其是腰果)及些許新鮮綠香瓜。口感爽脆細緻,風味帶有水蜜桃、萊姆、新鮮帶核水果、新鮮地中海綜合香草料和柔和迷人的鹹鮮感。尾韻散發著柑橘水果、墨西哥青檸檬、新鮮羅勒、柚子與柚子皮。

 

這款白葡萄酒經過5日浸皮,因此有著金黃帶橘的色澤。飽滿的香氣中充滿青蘋果、綠皮西洋梨、杏桃、柑橘、花蜜及菊花。口感圓滑豐腴、乾淨爽脆並帶有風乾香草料與小白花,乾爽的餘韻散發著青蘋果皮的香氣。

The wine enjoys an extensive maceration period of 5 days, hence its golden colour with a tint of orange hue. Loads of green apple, pear, apricot and mandarin on the nose joining with honey and orange blossom. Mouthfeel is round with good weight, it is mouthwatering with notes of sun-dried herbs and finishes with white flowers and green apple peel.

淡雅的麥稈色中透著些許的青綠色。奔放有活力的香氣中充滿綠色水果、青蘋果、綠皮西洋梨、新鮮柑橘水果(萊姆、酸橙、檸檬皮、柚子、橙子)、新鮮香草料及少許如濕石子的礦質感。口感活潑爽脆,風味多以果味為主導並富含新鮮橘子、橘皮、萊姆皮、檸檬與風乾檸檬皮。多果的餘韻中散發著萊姆、檸檬蛋白霜、乾草和一絲動物皮毛。

Pale straw in color with a hint of green tint on the rim. Aromas is energetic and vibrant with green fruits, green apple, green pear, fresh citrus fruits such as lime, key lime, lemon zest, yuzu, mandarin, fresh herbs and a hint of wet stone like minerality. Zesty and crispy on the palate and is very fruit orientated with notes of orange, orange zest, lime zest, lemon and sun-dried lemon zest. Lime, lemon meringue, hay, touch of animal fur on the finish.
