Jean-Marc Boillot, a key figure in Burgundy winemaking, represents the third generation of a renowned Puligny-Montrachet family. After working with Olivier Leflaive, he established his own domaine in 1985. Known for precision and elegance, Boillot produces wines that highlight terroir expression with purity and finesse.

風土條件

The Volnay vineyards are located on limestone and clay soils on the Côte de Beaune hillsides. This terroir provides the ideal conditions for Pinot Noir, bringing delicacy, floral aromas, and silky tannins to the wines, with excellent aging potential.
