Domaine Les Grandes Vignes, located in Thouarcé, Anjou (Loire Valley), is a historic family estate fully certified organic and biodynamic. The Vaillant family practices natural winemaking with spontaneous fermentation, no additives, and no added sulfites, allowing the purity of the Chenin Blanc grape and the terroir to fully shine.

Terroir

The Chenin Blanc vines are planted on schist and sandy soils, characteristic of the Anjou region. The cool Loire Valley climate ensures slow ripening and preserves the natural acidity and aromatic freshness essential for balance and elegance in the wine.

Tasting Notes

Pale yellow color. The nose is bright and aromatic, marked by white fruits and citrus notes. On the palate, the wine is round and generous, balanced by a fresh, clean finish. The absence of added sulfites enhances the wine’s purity and vibrant energy.

A natural, no-added-sulfur Chenin Blanc — round, fresh, and expressive, reflecting the purest Loire Valley style.
