【Vavin x Chef Michel Bru】French Wine Pairing Dinner 

如何讓各別已經十分美味的料理與葡萄酒加乘為「1加1大於2」的化學變化,一直是餐搭酒(Pairing)重要的學問。11月5號(週二)我們邀請了法國主廚 Michel Bru 設計了一套法國料理。從開胃菜前的迎賓香檳,每一道菜都有Vavin團隊特別搭配的酒品。

*活動餐搭酒包含:五杯 Pairing葡萄酒 / 兩道菜 / Cheese / 甜點  

現場將會針對搭配酒款有相關品飲介紹,歡迎每位喜歡分享葡萄酒、美食經驗的來賓  

How to make each already delicious dish and wine complement each other to create a “1 + 1 > 2” synergy has always been an important aspect of food and wine pairing. 

On 5th November, we invite French chef Michel Bru to design a French menu. From the welcome champagne before the appetizer, every dish will be paired with selected wine by the Vavin team. 

During the event, there will be a wine tasting introduction on-site for the paired wines, and we welcome all guests who enjoy sharing their wine and culinary experiences.

餐飲經驗超過25年的法籍主廚Michel Bru 為「法國國際美食協會」 La Chaîne des Rôtisseurs 授勛的Maître Rôtisseur。

主要在米其林星級餐廳與知名飯店工作,也曾服務過摩洛哥皇室與眾多知名政治人物、歌手。精通英式與法式料理的他,無論在哪裡都致力於使用最新鮮、高品質的食材。

Michel的烹飪之旅帶領他到了各種場合,包括經典餐廳、宮殿,甚至電影院。在每一次新的經歷中,他都獲得了寶貴的烹飪見解,並繼續創造引人入勝、激發味蕾的優秀菜餚。

• 本活動票券一旦售出,恕不退款
• 如有嘔吐以致場地需要清潔,需酌收$3,000元清潔費(每個汙損區域)
• 嚴禁攜帶外食、寵物入內;為尊重所有來賓品酒體驗,不建議噴灑過濃香水和吸菸
• 主辦單位保有最終修改、變更、活動解釋及取消本活動之權利,若有相關異動將會公告於粉絲頁

【Note】

• Please drink responsibly, and no admission for individuals under 18.

• Tickets for this event are non-refundable once sold.

• A cleaning fee of NT$3,000 will be charged for any vomiting that requires cleaning of the venue (per affected area).
