The Grand Cru village of Avize nestles between rolling hills of vines in the Côte des Blancs, Champagne.

The chalky soil in the area produces the beautifully mineral Chardonnay in our Grands Vins de Champagne.

Each tiny parcelle of land produces different grapes. We grew up riding our bikes through the vines and know every single one in the area.

With 30 years of Champagne expertise, our team is rooted in the region. That’s why we’re proud to call Avize home.

It takes between 6 and 8 years to make each bottle of Frerejean Frères Brut Premier Cru, and at least 8 to make a vintage cuvée.

We take the time.
