Bundle Champagne Rosé

A luminous salmon and glittering gold dress, this Rosé multi vintage is a gastronomic breakaway. This champagne will blend notes of red fruits freshly harvested to aromas of a freshly baked brioche. It is a cuvee ready to be appreciated or to be aged in your cellar for a few years in order to enjoy all the complexity of its aromas.

“The nose is mutlilayered and blends crisp apple and ripe pear to hints of citrus fruit and tangerine zest, touches of vanilla to honeysuckle and white blossoms with a dsicreet touch of hazelnuts and wet chalk. On the palate the cuvée is elegant with excellent persistence, fine mousseux and very convincing length. A charming and appetizing Champagne.”

Tasting Notes :

This Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru offers a beautiful equilibrium of freshness, citrus and exotic fruits with particular perfums of mint and aromas of mandarin in mouth.

The extra brut dosage was meticuliously chosen and extracted from our reserve wines aged in old barrelds providing a final touch of maturity matching with this Blanc de Blancs.

Food Pairing :

We recommend to pair it with seafood, a catch of the day, thin slices of Wagyu beef Kobe or Duck confit.

Bundle Champagne Extra Brut millesimé 2006

Golden colour. Wonderful nose displaying perfect maturity and autolysis character, distinct aroma of Brioche, walnuts, Pumpernickel, vanilla, balmy spices, dried pineapple and hints of candied orange peel. On the palate rich with creamy texture, balmy spices, dried fruits and a combination of minerality and “sweetness” making this Extra Brut one of the best in its class.

Tasting Notes : 

The ripeness and softness of the Pinot Noir, combined with the freshness and fnesse of the Chardonnay, allowed for a very low dosage.
