Domaine Aegerter Beaune 1er cru Les reversées blanc 2012

The color is shiny and a bright golden yellow. The nose reveals notes of white fruits (white peach), white flowers, almond and woody notes with vanilla and hazelnut. The palate is fat, full and charming with a nice balance. The finish is long with a nice freshness.

Its freshness and floral notes go well with poultry in cream sauce or sea fish a la plancha. Older and therefore fatter, it will be able to wrap and coax cheeses such as Cîteaux or Comté.
