The wine is deep ruby in colour. Aromas is fruity and juicy with a lot of sweet berry fruits (blueberry in particular), strawberry, black and red cherry, plum, sweet spices (cinnamon and nutmeg), licorice, wood toast and a hint of red flowers. Palate and luscious and round with sweet tannin, smooth texture and plenty of ripened berry fruits and black cherry characters. Berry fruit salad, cinnamon and vanilla bean on the finish. This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from southern France is extremely approachable and easy to drink with lovely bramble fruits that is excellent for Christmas dinner, especially for the roasts and cheese.
